These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tethr CRM website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tethr CRM ("Tethr," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Tethr CRM offers an SMS messaging program for customer service communications. By opting in, you may receive text messages regarding appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, follow-up information, and service notifications you have specifically requested.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Tethr — whether through our website, a paper form, verbal agreement, scanning a QR code, or texting the keyword "TETHR" to (817) 482-6888 — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Tethr at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the services you have requested. Typically, you will receive no more than 15 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active scheduling or service interactions you have initiated.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (817) 482-6888 or to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up using any of the opt-in methods described above, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Tethr is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activity conducted under your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tethr CRM. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tethr CRM, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Parker County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
