SMS/Text Messaging

What We Send

If you have opted in to receive text messages from Tethr, we may send you SMS/text messages related to customer service, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, follow-up information, and service notifications you have specifically requested.

Consent and Opt-In

We obtain your consent to receive text messages through one or more of the following methods:

  • Web form: You may provide your mobile phone number and check an opt-in box on our website at tethrcrm.com agreeing to receive text messages from Tethr.
  • Verbal consent: During a phone call or in-person interaction, you may verbally agree to receive text messages from Tethr after being informed of the message program details, frequency, and opt-out instructions.
  • Paper form: You may provide your mobile phone number and sign a consent form agreeing to receive text messages from Tethr.
  • Mobile QR code: You may scan a QR code that directs you to an opt-in web form or opens your messaging app with a pre-populated opt-in message.
  • Via text (keyword): You may text the keyword "TETHR" to (817) 482-6888 to opt in to receiving text messages. Upon texting the keyword, you will receive a confirmation message with program details, frequency, and opt-out instructions. You must reply to confirm your enrollment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the services you have requested. Typically, you will receive no more than 15 messages per month, though frequency may increase during active scheduling or service interactions you have initiated.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (817) 482-6888 or to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again using any of the methods described above.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Tethr is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

Tethr will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in data to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your mobile information will only be shared with our messaging service provider to the extent necessary to deliver your text messages.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and SMS delivery, solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
