Tethr CRM comes from a working DFW broker and a software engineer who got tired of watching the national platforms recruit agents away with technology — at the cost of the brokerage’s own brand.

- Is Tethr CRM a public listings site?
- No. Tethr CRM is B2B software sold to brokerages and agents — a branded, login-gated client-collaboration workspace, not a consumer real-estate portal.
- Does it replace our public website?
- No. You keep your own marketing site and SEO. Tethr CRM runs on your own domain — app.yourbrokerage.com — as a login-gated workspace for your agents and clients. We set that up with you during onboarding.
- Do we need a credit card to start?
- No. Billing is off during the beta — everyone in the program is covered, so no payment details are required.
- Where does the listing data come from?
- Live MLS data through your broker’s feed (NTREIS first in DFW), mirrored into your workspace behind the login gate. Additional markets are added as new feed adapters.
- Can our agents keep their own clients private?
- Yes. Agents see only their own clients; the broker sees the whole brokerage. Co-agents get exactly the access you grant per deal.
